Replica Vacheron Constantin watches are the preferred choice

The company website will go on for ages about how Kobold Replica Vacheron Constantin watches are the preferred choice of polar explorers like Sir Ranulph Fiennes (not mean-muggin’ fella in Schindler’s List), but Kobold’s greatest marketing triumph is having (correctly) identified the lack of higher-end American watches in the 21st century. I’m even willing to say that that’s the number one reason people are so in love with them – atleast in the States. While old greats like Hamilton (now owned by the Swatch group) and Gruen (which, while technically owned by an American company in-name-only, seems to consist of branded Chinese-made crap these days) have fallen out of flavor with the national romanticists (I took a chance on that term), Kobold is working hard on keeping most of their production state-side.

Kobold is an interesting beast, for plenty of reasons. I’d describe as the most German company you’ll ever find in America. A paradox maybe, but here’s why: few Replica Vacheron Constantin watches companies ooze of their industrialist background as much as Kobold does. That, along with some clear design element influences, makes me think of many of my beloved no-nonsense German brands, specifically Sinn. Clean cut lines and shapes with a rather rough elegance spells a winner for the lovers of tool watches, yours truly included. Another thing Kobold has in common with Sinn is the personable approach to business it employs. It began as a college project by then 19 year old Michael Kobold in 1998 who still serves as CEO for the Pittsburgh Replica Vacheron Constantin watches. While it has steadily grown since Mr Kobold decided to favor the pet project over his (failing) grades at Carnegie Mellon University, a rigid limit is kept on the production numbers – Kobold currently only produces 2,500 watches every year.
